Swimmers must be signed up by the TUESDAY prior to the meet unless otherwise noted.

If you will be arriving late or leaving early from a meet, please note this in the Special Circumstance For Arrival/Departure box at the bottom of this form. Verbally telling a coach is not good enough – It Must be in Writing!

Sign your swimmers up for meets online using the form below. Refer to our Event Master List to help you in selecting the right events. Please enter swimmers in up to four individual events in the order of preference. Swimmers will swim in 3 individual events and 1 or 2 relays. Coaches will make the final decision on which individual events they will swim. Coaches will also determine the relays based on individual times, attendance and availability of swimmers in an age group. You can also check out 2011-12 Iowa YMCA State Qualifying Times. Times must be met at the Sectional Meet to qualify.

Please Note:

Winter Swim Team: You will swim the age you are ON or BEFORE December 1 of current season for the entire season.
Summer Swim Team: You will swim the age you are ON or BEFORE June 1 of current season for the entire season.
If you are registering for a home meet and you have not been contacted by a Lead Parent, please note in the Special Circumstances box what volunteer section you would like to help for. All families must have ONE volunteer for their swimmer(s) to be eligible to swim.

Be sure to check the Meet Schedule page the evening before each meet
to view and print the Final Meet Entries.

**Swimmers with a 4th individual event need to confirm Saturday at the meet.
